My work has entailed creating a comprehensive strategic planning guidebook that has empowered leaders to navigate the planning process independently. Utilizing my expertise in research and facilitation, I have assisted organizations in defining their mission, vision, and values, while conducting a thorough situation analysis to help them gain insights into their internal and external environments. Additionally, I have helped leaders establish a clear roadmap by identifying their goals, priorities, and KPIs, leading to a greater sense of clarity and direction for their organization's future.
I have led the creation of an internship program that caters to individuals with diverse abilities, filling a gap in BC's therapeutic riding industry. My role involved working with leaders to create a functioning design, implementation and evaluation. Furthermore, I have played a key role in assessing program functionality by conducting surveys and facilitating focus groups among diverse stakeholder groups.
I have utilized a people-centred approach to review and analyze several organizations' structures, systems, and processes. I have engaged in a wide range of projects, each with unique objectives, such as increasing efficiency, enhancing capacity, consolidating product and service offerings, and elevating the overall employee experience. I have been able to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions that align with the organization's goals.
I have assisted organizations in finding the most suitable leaders who not only align with their vision but also have the required skills and experience to drive them toward their future goals. My proficiency in this area includes conducting job analyses, designing job descriptions, creating candidate profiles, conducting interviews, and reference checks. My contribution has resulted in successfully recruiting leaders that have positively impacted their organizations.
My passion for developing organizations extends beyond facilitating and writing. I have also taken on an educational role, designing and leading sessions for groups of over 50 individuals on various topics, such as:

Writing is one of my passions, and I find myself in a state of flow when I can put pen to paper. For my thesis, I conducted research on the relationship between psychological safety and employee engagement, specifically exploring how this differed in the public and private sectors.
